Private Functions and Private Dining Stirling Hotel

The Sterlini Suite is our main conference and banqueting suite that can accommodate up to 120 guests for a reception and formal banquet. Our main suite has its own private bar and entrance and adjacent car parking area. Our other private dining room is the Melville Room that can be set for up to 50 guests.

For more intimate and less formal occasions, smaller numbers from 2 to 40 are most suited to our Terrace Grill or our Lounge.

Wherever possible we source local and organic produce for our menus and many of the herbs, vegetables and soft fruits are grown locally.

Our Banqueting Menus offer a variety of options to suit large and small numbers and special diets are catered for. In addition we can provide a large selection of suitable wines to compliment and accentuate any menu.

Whether you are planning a small intimate dinner for 10 or a banquet for 120, our head chef and his team will ensure that the same attention to detail is guaranteed.
